Well I guess this really should be called my first passion. I have always enjoyed cooking so much so that I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. (Where I graduated second in my class by the way) Most of my professional life has been working in restaurants in one from or another. I have done every thing waiting tables, dishwasher, cooking and even managing. I have hundreds of cook books and culinary reference guides. It truely is a great passion of mine. But sadly I could have spent my whole life in the field and never made the income that I was looking for.

Now eventhough I no longer work in the indursty the passion that I have for cooking has not left me. I still love to write recipes and share with other people the knowledge that I have gained over the years.

So as you go through my website yes you will find information about earning extra income but you will also find different things about cooking as well. I know thats kind of weird but the site is kind of about me and these are the passions that I have in my life. I hope enjoy the information.
